2B-S was founded and is managed by Tobias Seidl, an engineer with a lifelong passion for aerospace and technology.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien), specializing in automation systems.
Before moving into the field of training and simulation in 2017, Tobias spent several years in the electrical power industry, where he worked on complex engineering and system integration projects. This technical foundation fostered a deep understanding of precision, reliability, and structured problem-solving — skills that have proven essential throughout his later work in simulation.
Since transitioning into the simulation and training sector, Tobias has gained extensive experience across a variety of international projects involving aviation, defense, and government organizations. His work focuses on developing and refining training environments, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting organizations in achieving the highest possible standards of realism and effectiveness in their training systems.
Driven by a genuine enthusiasm for aerospace since childhood, Tobias combines engineering expertise with practical industry experience to help organizations turn complex technical and operational requirements into effective, real-world training solutions.

We will assist in negotiating with manufacturers to select the most appropriate simulators and training equipment that enhances the quality of training while meeting operational requirements.
Drafting Tender Documents
2B-S provides professional drafting of tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements and alignment with client strengths. Well-structured, precise documents increase competitiveness and position clients for success.
Responding to Tenders
2B-S supports clients in preparing strong, compliant, and competitive tender responses. This includes strategy development, content alignment, and submission management.
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
2B-S will develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy to promote the training center, ensuring it attracts both internal and external customers. Our proactive approach will include connecting training center operators with potential clients, building long-term relationships, and driving bookings to maintain high utilization rates.
Market Study & Target Customer Identification
2B-S will conduct an in-depth market study to identify key target customers and understand their specific training needs. This research will guide the development of customized marketing strategies and help training centers develop services tailored to their target audience.
Collaboration with External Partners
To ensure steady customer flow and growth, 2B-S will leverage strategic partnerships to bring in external customers. This collaboration will create a consistent demand for the training services and enhance the training center’s visibility within the broader industry.
Simulation Project Development
2B-S supports customers in developing customized Simulation Projects tailored to their specific training and operational needs. This includes assisting with requirement analysis, system design, and the definition of suitable hardware and software components. 2B-S collaborates closely with selected manufacturers and technology partners to oversee the development, integration, testing, and implementation of the system. By guiding the entire project lifecycle, 2B-S ensures that the resulting solution is effective, scalable, and fully aligned with industry standards.
